Terms and Conditions

Arrival time is from 3pm on the start of your holiday, and we ask that you leave by 11am on your last day.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cost, along with electricity and logs if staying in the hut. Further logs can be provided at an additional cost.

Please keep your accommodation and surrounding area as clean and tidy as possible, and report any damage or breakages during your stay.
We ask that you are respectful to other guests, and mindful to the countryside and wildlife whilst staying with us.

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the accommodation.
If you wish to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Fires and BBQs are restricted to the designated areas only. Fire wood and kindling can be bought on site.

Dogs are welcome on site.
1 medium or 2 small dogs per booking are welcome at an additional charge.
Please bring their own bedding.
Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times, with their mess bagged and placed in the bin provided.
Dogs are the sole responsibility of the owner, and any damage or injury caused by them will be the sole liability of the dogs owner.
No dogs under the dangerous dogs act are permitted.

Guests using the accommodation, camping pitches and grounds do so at their own risk.
We will not be liable for any loss, injury or death unless caused by our negligence or limitation of liability is prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to make amendments of these T&C’s without notice.
